Welcome to yoga and wellness community. How was your day?

If you are facing the adversities, break up, lose your loved one, get sick and upset or feeling vulnerable and helpless, It's time to comb your thoughts. Here is the space to feel loved, safe and good. You will feel complete and find your light after practice.
There are two tips when practicing. 1. Observe and be conscious with every movement. 2. Open your heart and listen to your inner voice to sense your higher power and the true of light. You will be be stronger by practicing day after day and your confidence will be built at the same time. Also, you will get the answer of your life questions from your body so your higher power will be enhanced. Let's start the spiritual healing journey and grow together, you will see the positive changes after regular practice.

Mira finished her 200 RYT Teacher Training in Anahata Yoga in 2019. After regular practice, her body becomes stronger and she finds tranquillity and joy from within. During every practice, you connect with your inner self and increase your inner awareness with body and mind. She becomes more mindful on and off the mat. You will feel emotionally more stable after long term physical training. Her class mainly focuses on breathing, asana alignment. Yoga also taught me to listen to your body to reach a balanced lifestyle. Yoga heals.
